The last few months my life has been busy and all over the place. Matthieu has been away for much of the year, I just came back from Afghanistan, kids are in school, I am about to leave for my most amazing anniversary retreat to celebrate my 40th birthday and Pilates Retreat Asia’s 10th retreat….
