Bianca Falco was born in Napoli, Italy, and speaks Italian, English Spanish.
She earned her Pilates certification (Mat, Apparatus and Special Populations) at The Kane School of Core Integration in 2000 under the teachings of Kelly Kane. Known world-wide for its anatomy-based approach, the Kane School program goes beyond choreography to explain why exercises work. Students not only learn classic Pilates repertoire, but also delve deeply into biomechanics, postural imbalances and common injuries.
Bianca experience started in 1987 in Napoli, Italy where she taught dance. From 1992 to 1994 she was the director/main teacher of a modern dance school. She received a scholarship at the Nikolais and Louis Dance Lab in NYC. She learned acrobatic aerial skills, which she incorporates into her group classes and private sessions. She studied “Spirals and Anatomy” with Irene Dowd 2001 and the Vocalates™ method with Michelle Spinner and Candace Walters. 2014. Applying the Pilates Method to Vocal Production for singers, actors and public speakers.
Bianca is as well a dancer and choreographer. She earned a Ballet Professional Diploma, Italy 1985. Her choreographies have been presented at many European, USA, Quebec and Mexico venues. She is a choreographer/movement director for film, theater and video. Bianca currently studies Neuromuscular Preparation for dancers with Irene Dowd and is a teacher for Pilates Retreat Asia, sharing her love for Pilates around the globe.
