The tides are turning, I thought when Asia Spa Magazine contacted me last December to ask me my opinion on the Yoga vs. Pilates trend in Asia. At last it seems, Pilates is (once again) on the rise. For those of us who've stuck with it all along, we can only smile. Let's hope it lasts.
