When was the last time you took a whole week just for yourself?
Surrounded by bamboo forests and ricefields, I always thought that Bali is the prefect spot to 'find yourself' - the 'core' of your being. As a Pilates instructor I mean this literally (and you will feel it...), but as I've experienced myself over the years, we also need to reach for synergy between the mind and the body.
It is the Pilates that drives me, it is the Yoga that grounds me. It is the connection between the two that completes me.
Through daily Yoga and Pilates, through Ayurvedic knowledge and inspired by the people of Bali, Kishan and I hope to share this experience with you.
We want you to get the most for your money.
Besides around 20 hours of yoga and pilates, we have included everything that we would want to get from a retreat package ourselves. This starts from picking you up upon arrival at Denpasar International Airport and ends with a healthy good-bye lunch at our hosting center's own organic Cafe, the Little K. Inbetween there are lectures and music, excursions, massages and the possibilitiy to immerse you as deeply as you like into Pilates, Yoga and Ayurveda.
The importance is that this week is your week, so if you don't feel like attending a class or want to skip a lecture, we will have no problem with this. This retreat should give you as much or as little as you need. We are just here to make it all happen...
